B'Lao Group’s brand journey is built starting from the founder’s heart and continues through the shareholders, the team, customers, and the community. Each link in this journey plays a role in carrying value forward, creating an ecosystem united by sincerity and a sense of responsible heart.

Beyond an emotional message, the concept “From Heart to Heart” defines the brand spirit through a continuous connection across the entire organization. From strategy to operations, from leadership to each individual, everyone is aligned toward shared values with trust and responsibility. “From Heart to Heart” becomes a symbol of lasting connection, where inspiration and sharing are continuously sustained between the brand and people.

The new logo is refined to clarify its original meaning through a cleaner and more contemporary form, while maintaining familiarity with the public. Instead of a complete transformation, the project focuses on modernizing the visual language and standardizing the identity system. The objective is to build a cohesive design foundation that is flexible in application and accurately reflects the brand’s current position.

THE WARM HEART

The red heart represents the spirit of a “Responsible Heart” - warm, sincere, and always connected through empathy, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility toward the community and society. Its continuously expanding form symbolizes the journey of spreading positive values from heart to heart through every member of the Group.

THE 3 PIONEERS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The number 3 surrounding the heart represents the Group’s three pioneering spirits in education,

social responsibility, and sustainable development:

THE LETTER B

The symbol is developed from the letter “B” of B’Lao, evoking Bao Loc - a place deeply connected to the founder’s life and closely tied to the heritage of the Group. The new design unifies the heart and the letter “B” into a cohesive symbol, while the expanding curves express a spirit of openness, connection, and the continuous spreading of humanistic values toward the future.

The brand identity is built on a modern, refined, and streamlined spirit, expressed through a minimalist yet intentional visual language. The design prioritizes a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and long-term brand recognition.
